Immediate Loading after Extraction-Implantation // CASE 2

Esthetics might have been better if the case had been taken earlier.
When we talk about extraction – implantation we have to protect occlusion by a void with antagonists during bone healing, specially with protrusion.It is mostly immediate aesthetics and not immediate loading.

Fig 1, 2 Internal resorption led to fractured tooth. Fig 3, 4 Removal is very fine-surgical move to prevent bone site and specially on the buccal side. Fig 5 Palatal direction for drilling in bone .
